XM series lighting power control distribution boxes are divided into general type, outdoor type and type with perspective window. They can be made into open-mounted or concealed type according to user needs. At the same time, we have designed a series of structural sizes to meet the different needs of customers. They are widely used in various terminal distributions such as civil buildings, industrial and mining enterprises, commercial and residential office buildings, sewage treatment plants, power plants, substations, etc. They can also be used as control integration for fans, water pumps, etc., such as direct start, star-delta start, soft start, frequency conversion start, etc.
Product Features
1. XM series lighting power control distribution box, divided into general type, outdoor type and with perspective window type, this series of products has a wide range of uses, and can be equipped with control systems with different electrical performance as needed, such as air conditioning control box, machine tool transmission control box, water pump control box, fire control box, etc.;
2. The front operation and maintenance of the distribution box can be embedded or wall mounted;
3. Electrical instruments and operation buttons can be installed on the front door panel of the distribution box, which is convenient for observing the operating status of the main circuit and performing power-off and power-on operations;
4. All switch boxes (without control circuits) are equipped with inner and outer doors, and the inner door switch handle is exposed to separate the live parts to increase safety performance.
5. Outdoor distribution boxes can be made of high-quality steel plates or stainless steel materials, and the outer door can be designed as a glass window structure to clearly observe the status of the components in the box.
Applicable Environment
1. Air temperature shall not be higher than +40℃ and not lower than -5℃;
2. The average temperature within 24 hours shall not be higher than +35℃;
3. The altitude of the place of use shall not be higher than 2000 meters;
4. The relative humidity of the air shall not exceed 50% when the maximum temperature is +40℃;
5. The inclination with the vertical plane shall not exceed 5% during installation;
6. Install in a place without severe vibration, impact and corrosion.
