The automatic control system of this project is designed with 1 engineer station and 3 operator stations, a set of printers, a set of 3*4 splicing screens for displaying system information, GPS clocks for time calibration, and SMS alarm systems. The PLC controllers of each area are uploaded to the host computer system through the Ethernet network.

Product technical features
1. Realize constant temperature and humidity control of clean rooms: control the opening of cold water valve, hot water valve and humidifier through air supply temperature and humidity sensor signals, so as to realize constant temperature and humidity control of clean rooms.
2. Realize constant pressure control of clean rooms: control the opening of inverter through air supply pressure sensor signals, so as to realize constant pressure control of clean rooms.
3. Realize one-key start and stop function of power station: click one-key start and stop button on the central control room screen to realize interlocking control of water valve, water pump and ice machine, efficient control, achieve energy saving and reduce the number of enterprise management personnel.
4. Improve the stability of each system: have redundant servers and ring network structure to ensure that the collected data is real-time and not lost, so as to ensure the stable and reliable operation of each system.
5. Extend the service life of equipment: the equipment is centrally managed, and the management personnel can be reminded to maintain the equipment in time.
6. Realize the centralized monitoring of relevant data of FMCS systems such as Hefei Sanlipu Phase I, Hefei Sanlipu Phase II, Shenzhen Longgang Sanlipu, Fujian Putian Sanlipu air conditioner and power. Important data can be uploaded to the FMCS workstation via the network for operation, analysis or reporting. Historical record data can be sent to the history server for the preparation of integrated reports and statistical analysis.
