Low-voltage frequency converter cabinet is an electrical complete set of equipment that integrates frequency converter, control components and protection devices, and is mainly used for speed control of three-phase AC motors. Its core function is to achieve precise regulation of motor speed by adjusting the output frequency, and the voltage level is usually lower than 690V.
1. High efficiency and energy saving: adjust the motor power in real time according to the load, saving 20%~60% energy compared with traditional power frequency operation. Support soft start function, reduce the starting current impact, and extend the life of the motor.
2. Precise control: fast dynamic response: millisecond frequency adjustment, adapt to sudden loads (such as instantaneous impact of ball mills). Multi-mode operation: local/remote control switching, support PID closed-loop regulation (such as constant pressure water supply).
3. Safe and reliable: comprehensive protection functions: overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overheating and short-circuit protection. Anti-interference design: built-in (or optional) reactors and filters to suppress the impact of harmonics on the power grid.
4. Flexible expansion: modular design, can integrate PLC and touch screen to achieve automatic control. Wide power coverage (1.5~400kW), suitable for equipment of different sizes.
