Scope of Application
The refrigeration station control system is mainly used in centralized cold and heat source systems such as large-scale building air conditioning and refrigeration systems, process refrigeration systems, and process heat and cold exchange systems, it can realize automatic control of the number of chillers in operation, as well as linkage control and interlocking control of equipment such as chilled water pumps, cooling water pumps, and cooling towers, to achieve the goal of unmanned automatic operation and efficient energy-saving operation of the refrigeration station.

1. 2. On-site operation adopts touch screen + button control, multiple controls to ensure stable operation of the system, the touch screen interface is friendly and easy to operate, which can realize dynamic display of refrigeration station equipment, alarm records, historical data query and review, and has historical trend curves and other functions.
3. Balanced wear operation mechanism: Comprehensively consider the cumulative running time and number of starts of the equipment, adopt the strategy of first-in-first-out and short running time first, to ensure the most ideal balanced wear control.
4. According to the parameters such as the temperature difference, pressure difference and cold water flow of cold water supply and return water, the frequency of the cold water pump is intelligently adjusted, and energy-saving operation is achieved under the premise of ensuring the pressure difference and flow.
5. Intelligent control of cooling tower group is adopted to avoid the phenomenon of mixed air and water between tower groups, make full use of the cooling area of cooling towers, correct the fan output of each tower, balance the cooling effect of each tower, and improve the cooling efficiency of tower group.
