Laboratory VAV (variable air volume) control system Variable air volume control system is the main supply and exhaust ventilation method in modern laboratory construction. Variable air volume system means that the supply air changes with the exhaust air, and the exhaust air changes automatically or manually according to people's needs. The supply air and exhaust air form a dynamic balance, so that the room always maintains a relatively constant positive or negative pressure. The surface wind speed sensor and fume hood controller detect the wind speed, and the regulating valve is used to increase or decrease the wind speed, so as to control the surface wind speed of the fume hood to maintain the specified 0.3~05m/s. Room negative pressure control system Applicable to laboratories with strict pressure control requirements, monitor the pressure status at all times, control the opening of the air supply proportional valve, maintain the pressure difference between the room and the corridor. The pressure difference controller continuously monitors the actual pressure difference value of the room so that laboratory operators can grasp the indoor pressure difference status at any time, improving the safety factor of the laboratory environment. When the door is not closed, the system will automatically adjust the room air supply to the set negative pressure value to ensure that the room is in negative pressure and prevent the overflow of harmful gases in the room.
